What Prepress NetMedia Training Centre is doing to assist with the prevention of Covid 19

The safety and well-being of our staff and the people attending training is our priority. We will continue to follow the guidelines provided by relevant government and health authorities to minimise risk. Our maximum class student numbers have been reduced so that there won't be any more than 10 people in the training centre at any one time.

My workplace has advised me not to attend my scheduled course.

If you are unable to attend a course due to workplace restrictions or travel restrictions imposed by government, you will be able reschedule your training to an alternative date. See Timetable.

If I am not feeling well or I have tested positive for the Coronavirus. What happens to my course booking?

Your course booking will remain valid and will be postponed until such time that you are able to attend. No additional fees will be applied to reschedule.

If your training course has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus we will contact you with a choice of rescheduled dates. If you can’t make any of the rescheduled course dates you can apply for a full refund.
